At Vibrant Designer, we want you to absolutely
love what you receive. If for any reason you are
not satisfied, we are here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✦ Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
✦ Item is unused, unworn and unwashed
✦ Original tags and packaging intact
✦ Item is not damaged by the customer
✦ Proof of purchase (order number) provided

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

The following items cannot be returned:

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non Returnable"
- Customised or stitched to measurement orders
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Innerwear or accessories for hygiene reasons

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1 — Contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Step 2 — Share the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item

Step 3 — We will review your request within
24-48 hours and confirm if eligible

Step 4 — Ship the item back to:
Vibrant Designer

Step 5 — Once we receive and inspect the item,
refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is approved:

- Online payments (Razorpay):
Refund to original payment method
within 5-7 business days

- COD orders:
Refund via bank transfer or UPI
within 5-7 business days
(Share bank details or UPI ID with us)

- Shipping charges are non-refundable
unless item is defective or wrong

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer free size or colour exchange subject
to availability:

✦ Request within 7 days of delivery
✦ Item must be unused with tags intact
✦ WhatsApp us with order number and
exchange requirement
✦ Customer bears return shipping cost
✦ We ship the exchange item free of charge

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong
item — we sincerely apologise!

We will:
- Send a replacement at no extra cost OR
- Issue a full refund including shipping
- No need to return the damaged item in
most cases

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled before shipment:

✦ Cancel within 24 hours of placing order
✦ WhatsApp or email us immediately
✦ Once shipped — order cannot be cancelled
✦ Full refund issued for cancelled orders
within 3-5 business days

COD ORDER CANCELLATION

If you refuse a COD delivery without valid
reason repeatedly, we reserve the right to
block COD option for future orders from
your account.
