order as quickly and safely as possible — right
to your doorstep across India.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

✦ Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
✦ Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays
are processed the next business day
✦ You will receive a WhatsApp/email confirmation
once your order is shipped

2. DELIVERY TIME

✦ Standard delivery: 3-7 business days
✦ Delivery time may vary based on:
- Your location (metro vs remote areas)
- Festive seasons and public holidays
- Courier partner delays

Estimated delivery by location:
- Bareilly & nearby: 1-3 business days
- UP, Delhi NCR: 2-4 business days
- Rest of India: 4-7 business days
- Remote/hilly areas: 7-10 business days

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

✦ Free shipping on orders above ₹999
✦ Flat ₹99 shipping on orders below ₹999
✦ COD orders may have additional ₹49
handling charge

Courier partner is assigned based on your
location for fastest delivery.

5. ORDER TRACKING

✦ Tracking number shared via WhatsApp and
email within 24 hours of shipment
✦ Track your order on courier partner website
✦ You can also WhatsApp us for order status:

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

✦ Courier will attempt delivery 3 times
✦ After 3 failed attempts order will be
returned to us
✦ Re-delivery charges will apply for
returned orders
✦ Please ensure correct address and
phone number at checkout

7. WRONG ADDRESS

✦ Please double check your delivery address
before placing order
✦ We are not responsible for orders delivered
to wrong address provided by customer
✦ Address cannot be changed once order
is shipped

8. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged:
✦ Take photos/video immediately
✦ WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery
✦ We will arrange replacement or full refund
✦ Do not accept visibly damaged parcels
from courier

9. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

✦ COD available across India
✦ Keep exact cash amount ready at delivery
✦ COD orders are verified before shipping
for large amounts
✦ Repeated COD refusals may result in
COD being blocked for your account

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within India only.
